Our story
Why we started.
Arkitexts started in 2020 because we kept seeing the same thing: businesses sold whatever a vendor’s rep needed to sell that quarter, on terms that suited the vendor, with nobody on the customer’s side of the table.
Walead spent over 25 years in IT and unified communications, working his way up to an executive role at a large technology company, leading solution design and closing deals in all verticals. His approach never changed: listen first, be transparent, and find the option that truly fits. Along the way he led major enterprise projects from end to end, from building data centers to the integration and buildout of entire offices.
He always asked one question: if I were in my client’s shoes, what would I want? Too often, that wasn’t what the business was built to sell. That’s why he started Arkitexts, to do it differently: put every client first, let the vendors pay us, and never nickel-and-dime the people we serve.
So we built the firm we would have wanted to hire. We listen before we suggest anything. We design the solution for free. We compare the options that truly fit, and only then talk price. And because the providers pay us, our clients don’t.
We listen. We design. You decide.
Who you'll actually work with.
Business people first, technologists second. We've sat on your side of the table, so we know what a bad contract costs.

What we believe
Six things we don’t bend on.
Right fit first
The best price on the wrong system is still the wrong system. Savings come second, and they usually follow.
You choose the term
One year or five, whatever fits your plans. We push for the best terms either way.
Design is part of the job
Other firms charge consulting fees to map out a solution. We do it for free.
Vendors pay us, not you
Providers pay advisors like us. You get the advice and the negotiating at no cost.
We stay after you sign
Escalations, renewals and regular reviews for as long as you’re a client.
We listen
Most vendors do the talking. We ask questions until we find what you couldn’t see.
What we won’t do
The short list of things we refuse.
- Push a provider because of a sales quota or a bonus
- Lock you into a term you didn’t choose
- Charge you for design or advice
- Sell you something new when what you have still works
- Disappear once the contract is signed
Part of the alli family
Arkitexts is a sister company of alli, which helps people and teams get comfortable with AI and put it to work, including AlliCamp, a self-paced AI bootcamp.
