Auto-renewal protection
Most contracts renew themselves. We make sure yours don't.
Technology contracts, from network and cloud to phones and software, usually auto-renew unless you give written notice inside a window, often 30 to 90 days before the end date. Miss it and you're locked in for another full term, often at old pricing.

We track every renewal
Network, cloud, security, communications and wireless: every provider in one place. We start flagging each one at least 90 days out.
Real alternatives, even if you stay
Side-by-side options with real quotes. A credible alternative is how you get better terms where you are.
Your way out is planned up front
We price the cost of switching before you sign, and you choose the term: one year or five.
No end-of-month pressure
We don't chase vendor quotas, bonuses or SPIFFs, so we never rush you into a deadline discount.
The catch
There isn't one. Here's exactly how we make money.
Vendors pay a standard commission
Carriers and providers pay advisors through an agency model. The rate is the same whichever one you pick.
So we have no favorite
What a vendor pays us never changes our recommendation, so the only side we're on is yours.
You get every discount we negotiate
Vendors compete hard for your seats. We pass every discount through, and we bet you'll trust us with more.
Problems we solve
Many pathways. One right answer.
We start with what's broken, not what's for sale. Find the one that sounds like your week.
“Our phone system is end-of-life.”
A side-by-side you can defend to finance, and a cutover plan IT can run.
How we fix it Contact center“Customers wait. Agents drown.”
A fix list ranked by impact, and the two or three platforms that match it.
How we fix it Contracts & renewals“The renewal is 30 days out.”
A better deal where you are, or a clean exit. You choose.
How we fix it Managed IT“Our MSP isn't delivering.”
A clear answer: fix the relationship or replace it, and with whom.
How we fix it Network, carriers & security“Outages, slow sites, too many bills.”
A simpler network, fewer invoices, and one number to call.
How we fix it Adoption“We bought it. Nobody uses it.”
Usage that goes up, and spend you can finally justify.
How we fix itHow it works
Six steps. You only decide at step four.
Vendors pay us, not you, so every step here costs you nothing. You can stop after any of them.

See for yourselfStraight talk
The questions everyone asks.
Do you really design our architecture for free?
Yes. Assessments, solution design, network and voice architecture, RFP writing: the work other firms bill as "consulting" is free with us. We're paid by the provider you choose, so there's no meter running while we figure out what's right for you.
How has selling changed?
We don't sell. We advise. Most resellers have an incentive to push one vendor over another. We don't, so our job is simply to find what fits.
How do you make money?
Vendors pay advisors a commission through an agency model. You pay us nothing, and what a vendor pays never changes our recommendation. And we don't chase quota bonuses or SPIFFs — more on that below.
Do vendors pay you bonuses to push certain products?
Vendor reps have quotas to hit every quarter, and they chase bonuses and SPIFFs (extra payouts for pushing a specific product) to get there. That's how this quarter's promotion quietly becomes your "best option." We don't chase quotas or SPIFFs. Your recommendation is set by what fits your business, nothing else.
How do I know I'm getting the best price?
Since every vendor pays the same, they compete on price and discount to win you. We pass all of it through. The harder we fight for you, the more business you'll trust us with.
Why Arkitexts?
We're small on purpose. No org charts, no red tape. You always know who you're dealing with. All it costs you to try us is a little time.
Wouldn't going direct to the vendor be cheaper?
Usually not. The vendor's own sales rep is paid a commission too; it's built into the price either way. The difference is that their rep can only show you one company's options. We show you all the ones that fit, and negotiate them against each other.
What if what we have is already the right fit?
Then we'll tell you, and help you get more out of it, whether that's a better rate at renewal or helping your team actually use what you're paying for. Changing for the sake of change isn't advice.
What happens after we choose a provider?
We stay. We manage the rollout with the provider, handle escalations when something goes wrong, flag renewals well before they auto-renew, and keep checking that it's still the right fit. Success isn't the signature.
It starts with you talking
Everyone else will tell you what's best. We'd rather hear it from you.
Vendors do all the talking, and what's "best" usually turns out to be what they sell. We listen first: how your team really works, what's getting in the way, and where you want to go. That's how we spot the opportunities that are hard to see from inside the business.
